Request account and data deletion
If you would like to delete your Connections Challenge account and all associated data, please email us at info@loomofideas.com from the same email address you use to sign in to the app.
In your message, include:
- The email address you use to log in
- A short note stating that you want your account and data deleted
Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems within 30 days.
